Troubleshooting

Message not sent successfully

When a message fails to send through Meta platforms, it may be due to the following restrictions:

  1. Reply timeout: If more than 24 hours have passed since the customer's last reply, the system will not allow sending a regular message. In this case, you can reply using a WhatsApp message template.

  2. Frequent sending: Automatically or massively sending messages in a short period may cause messages to be rejected.

  3. Account reported: If many people report your account in a short period, your message sending may also be restricted.

Error codes

#190 Error validating access token: Session has expired on ${datetime}. The current time is ${datetime}

When you see this kind of error message, it means your authorization access token has expired, been revoked, or is otherwise invalid, preventing access to data. This situation is usually caused by the authorizing person changing the WhatsApp configuration password associated with the system, or the conversation being invalidated for security reasons.

  1. The authorizing person modified the WhatsApp-related account password after authorization.

  2. Your WhatsApp may have violated Meta's security policies, resulting in permission being revoked.

To resolve this issue, have the original authorizing person or another Page admin with the same permissions reauthorize following the instructions in the documentation.
