πŸ“ƒReports

Overview

The reporting feature provides real-time information on system and agent service efficiency, allowing you to monitor relevant data at any time. For example, you can view the number of customers who called in today and see which customers agents are interacting with, which is very helpful for evaluating service efficiency and allocating resources.

Report limits

To ensure all users can use the service fairly and to prevent resource abuse, the maximum reporting query interval is 31 days, and a single query can retrieve up to 3,000 records. Please note that the speed of data aggregation will vary depending on the query interval, conditions you set, and the nature of the report. If you set a longer query interval, it may take more time to aggregate the data.

Report execution time

When running a report, we search for and return relevant data based on the conditions you set. Sometimes, if the report runs slowly, it may be because certain parts require more time for processing and analysis, or because the data volume is large and needs more time to return complete results.

You can speed up report execution by adjusting the report's filter conditions, for example:

Adjust date range or other conditions

Ensure your filters are specific enough to include only the data you need. For example, adjust the defined date range to speed up the report. If you only need analysis data for this week, edit the filter conditions so the end date of the displayed range equals this week.

Specify particular agents or other conditions

When you don't set any filter conditions, the report will perform many steps to return all data, which slows down the report. For example, if you only need data for a specific agent, edit the agent filter to narrow the data range.

Troubleshooting

Report interface shows information inconsistent with downloads

If the report interface displays information that differs from the downloaded data, browser extensions may be causing the issue. Some extensions can modify webpage elements, including the structure of phone numbers, to provide additional click-to-dial functionality. These extensions may interfere with the correct display and download of reports.

To resolve this issue, we recommend trying the following:

  1. Use incognito mode: Try downloading the report in your browser's incognito/private mode. Incognito mode typically does not load extensions, so it can rule out extension effects.

  2. Disable extensions: Temporarily disable your browser extensions, then reload the report page and try downloading again. This helps rule out extension interference with the report.

  3. Use a different browser: Try downloading using another browser. Choose one without any extensions installed to ensure the report displays and downloads correctly.
