Create a bot on Viber

First, you need to create a bot in Viber's Viber Admin Panel (https://partners.viber.com) and after creating the bot you will obtain an application key, which will be used in the next step.

Connect FIRST LINE channel

  1. Via the "Apps" menu, under the "Channels" category, find the "Viber" management interface.

  2. Click the Add button on the screen.

  3. Enter an internal identification name and description, then paste the bot's application key.

  4. Press the Save button.

Congratulations! If the entered application key is correct, Viber will successfully connect with FIRST LINE and benefit from all the powerful features provided by FIRST LINE, including chatbots, automated responses, and more.
