Troubleshooting

How to change profile picture and display name?

After you authorize WhatsApp permissions to FIRST LINE, you can adjust and modify them through the list.

How to create message templates?

When you proactively start a conversation, or contact a customer you haven't chatted with in the past 24 hours, you must use a registered template message, and it must be approved by WhatsApp before it can be sent.

  1. Go to WhatsApp Business manager management interface.

  2. On the left panel, go to "Account Tools" > "Message Templates."

  3. Click "Create Template" in the top right corner.

  4. Once your submitted template is approved, you can send it via FIRST LINE.

After sending a message, the customer did not receive it.

For customers who have never started a conversation with you, or who have not sent a message to you in an existing thread within the past 24 hours, template messages are the only type of message that can be sent to that customer.

Other types of messages can only be sent after the customer contacts you.
