πPoints plans
As companies use increasingly diverse scenarios, a single billing method often cannot simultaneously accommodate flexibility and budget control.
Some teams have relatively stable usage, while others experience fluctuations due to events or projects. When costs vary entirely with usage, flexibility is high, but monthly expenses are harder to predict, making internal reconciliation and budget planning difficult.
To help companies of different sizes and usage scenarios find a better fit, we launched three credit plans: "Light Usage", "Basic Usage", and "Advanced Usage." Each month provides a fixed credit allowance so teams can flexibly operate within a set budget while enjoying corresponding features and exclusive benefits according to plan level.
If you're not sure which plan is best, you can discuss with our sales consultants to help evaluate the configuration that best meets your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do plan credits reset?
Credits usually reset on the 1stof each month automatically, starting a new billing cycle.
If your billing start date differs from the general case, the system will update credits in sync with your actual billing cycle. In other words, regardless of the billing method used, the credit reset time will match your billing period.
This design helps teams clearly track monthly usage patterns and resource allocation.
Will credits roll over to the next month?
Monthly credits are recalculated at the start of the new cycle; unused credits will not carry over to the next month.
How are overages calculated?
We design the monthly plan allowance and additional credits separately so companies can operate within a fixed budget while retaining flexibility.
When the current plan credits are used up, charges will be deducted from your "central credits" balance. If you haven't prepared extra credits, you can purchase additional credits as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
This arrangement strikes a balance between steady daily usage and temporary growth needs.
Which plan should I choose?
Please first look at your average monthly credit usage.
If you use about 800 credits per month, you can choose the Light plan and top up as needed.
If you use about 2000β3000 credits per month, the Standard plan is usually more suitable.
If you approach or exceed 4000 credits per month, the Advanced plan can provide a more stable usage space.
The selection principle is simple: base it on average usage rather than peak usage. This flexibility keeps your configuration aligned with actual needs.
If I switch plans mid-month, will fees be prorated by day?
Currently, plan changes are calculated by "the entire billing month" and are not billed on a daily pro rata basis.
For example:
If you upgrade from the Light plan to the Basic or Advanced plan mid-month, that month will be charged according to the selected plan.
If you upgrade from the Basic plan to the Advanced plan, that month will also be billed at the Advanced plan's monthly fee.
This keeps the credit allowance and feature permissions consistent for each billing cycle, avoiding fragmented allowances and confusion from proportional calculations.
If you expect usage to increase, we recommend evaluating and adjusting your plan before the start of a new billing cycle to obtain the full allowance.
For example, if you 3/23 subscribe to a credit plan, it will first provide thefull credit allowancefor use.
Then, according to the established cycle, on 4/1 the next scheduled reset the credits will be recalculated.
In other words, even if you subscribe mid-cycle, you will first receive the full allowance for the current period and then enter the next period according to the fixed reset date.
How can I check current usage?
You can click "Personal Info" in the system navigation bar to expand the interface and view your current plan, remaining credits, and usage for the current period.
The billing overview page also displays the start and end dates of the billing cycle so you can easily track usage progress and allowance status.
How are credits deducted?
Different features deduct credits according to their corresponding credit standards. When using related features, the required credits will be automatically calculated and deducted based on actual usage.
You can view the credit descriptions for each feature and the current period's usage records in the "Billing Overview" to monitor credit consumption at any time.
