Add and adjust
You can go to the management list by clicking the "Live Chat" button under the "Channels" item in the left menu to add a single entry and perform settings and other operations.

Select the channel category to which this package should belong.
Show Help Center
This setting is used to control whether to display the "Help Center" information tab, allowing customers to search for and read related articles on their own. If not enabled, that tab will not be displayed.
Show message page
If the "Message Page" is not enabled, that page will only be used to display informational content and Help Center related applications; the actual display scope will depend on theAllowed tabs to display.
Show message history
If the "Message history display", past conversation content will not be shown when the chat is opened next time, reducing the risk of sensitive information being viewed again.
Allow file sending
Allow sending multimedia files such as images and videos. The maximum upload limit for a single file is 25 MB.
Show extension page
This setting is used to control whether to display the "Live chat extensions" related tab, including content such as the latest news. If not enabled, that tab will not be displayed.
Appearance
Banner title
Enter the banner title displayed on the webpage.
Description and introduction
Introduce the team or provide explanations about products, services, etc. to customers.
Banner color
Choose a color that matches the brand image or website style.
Plugin position
Choose whether it should appear at the bottom left or bottom right of the webpage.

Install live chat
Insert code
The final step after activating the live chat feature is to integrate the chat system into your website. Please go to the "Insert Code" page and embed the provided live chat code into your website pages </body> tag before. This step requires IT personnel or the individuals responsible for website maintenance to perform to ensure the code is correctly added.
At the same time, to ensure communication security, please check and ensure that your website has HTTPS enabled. This not only protects data transmission security but is also a basic requirement for current web security.
If after following the above steps the live chat dialog still does not appear on your website, a common solution is to clear the website cache. This can help your site load the latest code changes, allowing the live chat feature to function properly.
