💬Live chat
Overview
Live chat is a customer service channel that enables businesses to communicate with customers in real time directly on their website. This feature brings multiple benefits to businesses, including the ability to provide fast customer support, answer questions instantly, and greatly reduce customer waiting times.
By responding to customer inquiries promptly, businesses can not only improve customer satisfaction but also deepen customer relationships, thereby directly or indirectly boosting sales.

Embed Code
The final step after activating the live chat feature is to integrate the chat system into your website. Go to the “Embed Code” page and insert the provided live chat code into your website pages </body> tag above. This step requires IT personnel or those responsible for website maintenance to ensure the code is added correctly without errors.
At the same time, to ensure communication security, please check and make sure your website has HTTPS enabled. This not only protects data transmission but is also a basic requirement for current web security.
If, after following the steps above, the live chat dialog still does not appear on your website, a common solution is to clear the website cache. This can help your site load the latest code changes and allow the live chat feature to function properly.
