Overview
LINE Developers https://developers.line.biz/ is LINE's developer console provided for configuring development-related features of LINE Official Accounts. Here you can configure various development resources, such as settings for automated pushes or authentication information when new users join. This is different from the LINE Official Account Manager, which is specifically for managing real-time interactions and message exchanges with users.

Frequently Asked Questions
From the LINE Official Account Manager (LINE OA) “Settings” section, enter “Messaging API” and then click “LINE Developers,” but you don't see the required data screen?
If you followed the above steps and logged into your LINE account but see a screen that doesn't match your expectations, it may be because you do not have admin permissions for the Provider and Messaging API Channel of that LINE account. First confirm with colleagues in your company whether someone has already created the Messaging API Channel. If you cannot find who created it or need additional permissions, it is recommended that you contact LINE customer support directly to get assistance retrieving or adjusting account permissions.
Can't find the original Channel — can you create a new one?
No. Each LINE Official Account corresponds to only one Messaging API Channel, so you cannot recreate it. If you cannot find the corresponding Messaging API Channel or Provider permissions, promptly contact LINE customer support to help you recover the relevant account permissions.
