# Administrative district

You can go to the administrative district management list by selecting the "Administrative district" button under the "System" item in the left-side FIRST LINE menu. After entering the list view, you can immediately browse fields such as "Administrative district name" and "Postal code" for review.

## Set Administrative Area

Located at the upper right of the list, “Add Administrative Area” can be used to create administrative area data. In addition, each existing administrative area record has an “Edit” button. When you click it, you will be taken to the data editing page, where you can edit or add administrative area-related information.

## Edit Administrative Area Information

Enter the main editing interface, which displays the fields that make up the administrative area settings. The field list is as follows:

| <ul class="contains-task-list"><li><input type="checkbox" checked></li></ul> | County/City              | Select a county/city name that has been created in advance. This is a required field. |
| <ul class="contains-task-list"><li><input type="checkbox" checked></li></ul> | Administrative Area Name | Enter the administrative area name. This is a required field.                         |
|                                                                              | Postal Code              | Enter the postal code.                                                                |
