Groups

You can access the group management list by selecting the "System" item in the left FIRST LINE menu and clicking the "Groups" button.

After entering the group management list view, you can immediately see fields such as "Group Name" and "Number of Members" for easy review.

Set Group

Located at the top right of the list, "Add Group" allows you to create group records. Each existing group record also has an "Edit" button; when you click it you will be taken to the group data edit page where you can edit or add related group information.

Edit Group Information

Enter the main editing interface, which displays the fields that make up the group information. The field list is as follows:

Group Settings

Required

Supervisor

You can select the supervisor for that group.

Group Name

Enter the group name. This is a required field. (ex: Customer Service Team, Sales Team...)

Notes

The description will be shown on the group list page for easy viewing.

Group Members

Check the list of employees to add to the group.
