You can access the management list by selecting the "System" item in the left FIRST LINE menu and clicking the "Greeting" and "Marketing Scripts" buttons. After entering the list, you can immediately view fields such as "Title" and "Message Content" for easy review.

Set opening lines and scripts

Located at the top right of the list, "Add opening line" and "Add marketing script" allow you to create new entries. Each existing message also has an "Edit" button; clicking it will take you to the data editing page where you can edit or add related information.

After you set up scripts, opening lines, and other content, when a customer calls, a pop-up will display the relevant information to prompt the agent. The "Channel Category" text at the top of the service desk will also show related information when the mouse hovers over it.

Enter the main editing interface, which displays the fields that make up the basic settings. The list of fields is as follows:
