# Greetings and scripts
And you can go to the management list by selecting the "Greetings" and "Marketing scripts" buttons under the "System" item in the left-side FIRST LINE menu. After entering the list view, you can immediately browse fields such as "Title" and "Message content" for review.
## Set up greetings and scripts
Located at the upper right of the list, “Add Greeting” and “Add Marketing Script” not only let you create new records, but each existing message also has an “Edit” button. When you click it, you will be directed to the data editing page, where you can edit or add related information on this page.
After you finish setting up scripts, greetings, and other content, when a customer calls in by phone, a pop-up window will display the relevant information to prompt the agent. In addition, if the “Channel Category” text at the top of the service desk is hovered over with the mouse, it will also inform the agent of the relevant information.
## Basic Settings
Enter the main editing interface, where the fields that make up the basic settings are displayed. The list of fields is as follows:
