## About**Plan Information**

On the **"Billing Overview"** On this page, you can clearly view the subscription plan currently used by the system, Fancy points usage, and whether you belong to a "partner" company, as well as other related license information. The content includes the following items:

#### 📄 Basic licensing information:

* Name
* Start period
* Next start period
* License amount
* Discount details
* Actual payment amount (before tax)
* Number of licenses
* Payment method

#### 💼 Additional paid features (if any):

For example: marketing modules, phone channels, etc.

Through this page, you can quickly grasp the company's current licensing status and all fee details.

## Regarding discount promotions

Some plans in use may have been launched in response to specific promotional activities, and**are not equivalent to the full service contents of the corresponding plan**.

For example:

* In 2019, in response to the pandemic, the**Digital Transformation Discount Plan**"
* launched in 2023 the**Acceleration Plan**", helping resource-limited companies use Enterprise features at very low cost
* or providing additional discounts for nonprofit groups and organizations

Although the above discount plans open up some **Enterprise (large enterprise level) features**,**they do not include Enterprise customer-exclusive customer support or advanced technical services**.
