You can access the position management list by selecting the "System" item in the left FIRST LINE menu and clicking the "Position" button.

After entering the position management list view, you can immediately browse fields such as "Position Name" and "Description" for convenient viewing.

Set Position

Located at the top right of the list, "Add Department" not only allows you to create position records, but each existing position record also has an "Edit" button. When you click it, you will be directed to the position data edit page, where you can edit or add position-related information.

Edit Position Information

Enter the main editing interface, which displays the fields that make up the basic position information. The field list is as follows

Position Name

Enter the position name; this is a required field. (e.g.: Engineer, Specialist...)

Position Abbreviation

Provide an optional position abbreviation for internal reference.

Position Description

The description will be displayed on the position list page for easy viewing.
