# Position
You can go to the position management list by selecting the "Position" button under the "System" item in the left-side FIRST LINE menu.
After entering the position management list view, you can immediately browse fields such as “Position Name” and “Description” for easy review.
## Set Up Position
Located at the upper right of the list, “Add Department” can be used not only to create position data, but each existing position record also has an “Edit” button. When you click it, you will be directed to the position data editing page, where you can edit or add related information such as positions.
## Edit Position Information
Enter the main editing interface, which displays the fields that make up the basic position information. The field list is as follows:
| Required | Field | Content |
| ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| | Position Name | Enter the position name; this is a required field. (e.g., Engineer, Specialist...) |
| | Position Abbreviation | Provide an optional position abbreviation for easier internal reference. |
| | Position Description | The description will be displayed on the position list page for easy viewing. |
