You can access the department management list by selecting the "System" item in the left FIRST LINE menu and clicking the "Department" button. After entering the department management list, you can immediately view fields such as "Department Name" and "Description" for easy review.

Department Settings

Located at the top right of the list, "Add Department" not only allows you to create department records, but each existing department record also has an "Edit" button. When you click it, you will be taken to the department edit page where you can edit or add department-related information.

Edit Department Information

Enter the main editing interface, which displays the fields that make up the basic department information. The field list is as follows

Department Name

Enter the department name; this is a required field. (e.g.: Sales Department, Development Department...etc.)

Department Abbreviation

Enter the department code for quick identification.

Department Number

Write notes to help yourself understand the purpose and use of the rule.

Department Description

The description will be displayed on the department list page for easy viewing.

Internal Messages - Department

The internal message channel only displays personnel and the groups/departments you belong to.

"Internal Messages" use different groupings by "department" to allow you to send interactive messages within the company. You can send messages not only to other staff members but also to groups and departments. Internal message records will be kept for 14 days.
