Apply for commercial SMS

If you need to use Sanzhu SMS's API to send messages, you must apply for an API account from the Sanzhu SMS center and enable the related permissions. This process may require you to provide relevant identification documents or company information for verification. Once your API account is activated and authorized, you can use that account to send SMS.

Please note that when you apply to use the API to send SMS, make sure the IP address you provide is the one supplied by FIRST LINE IP list, and if there are any system changes or adjustments, please promptly contact the Sanzhu SMS center to perform the corresponding updates and configurations.

Paste user credentials

After your Sanzhu SMS account is approved, paste the "user account" and "user password" in the SMS management interface to start using it.

Frequently Asked Questions

User did not receive the SMS

  1. Incorrect number: The phone number you entered does not exist. Please note that if the customer's number is a Taiwan number,nointernational code is required.

  2. App filtering: Apps like Who's Call or other similar software may treat messages from Sanzhu as spam and filter them.

  3. Carrier settings: The customer may have enabled the carrier's "reject promotional SMS" blocking function.

SMS delivery status

Unlike other channels, SMS delivery results are not immediate; after sending, it may take some time to receive them. Sometimes, due to various factors such as invalid phone numbers or base station delays, messages may not be delivered correctly, and you may need to wait a while to receive delivery results from the SMS provider.
