### Change via Employee Management

If you have administrator privileges, when you need to change your own or someone else’s password, you can go to the "Employee Management" page and use the "Edit" option to set a password for an individual employee. This feature allows you to easily manage employees’ password settings.

### Change via Personal Settings

If you need to change your own password, you can go to the navigation bar in the upper-right corner, click the menu in your avatar, and select "Personal Items." On that page, you will find the relevant option to easily change your password.

## Forgot Password

When an employee forgets their login password, it can be changed in the following two ways:

1. If you forget your password, please click the "Forgot password?" button on the login screen. Then enter the email address you set in the employee system to reset your password. You will receive an email containing a password reset link. Please check the inbox set in your employee system and click the link to reset your password. We will help you complete the password reset steps.
2. If you have forgotten your password, you can also contact someone with "administrator (admin)" privileges. They can access the system with administrator rights and help you reset (change) your password immediately.
