Product management allows you to sell products directly to customers, providing a highly efficient shopping experience.
Reduce the time specialists spend switching pages: specialists can complete the sales process on the same screen without repeatedly switching between different pages or tools. This saves time and improves work efficiency.
Replace plain text links with rich carousel messages: the product management feature lets you use images and text to showcase products, not just plain text links. Such carousel messages are more engaging and provide richer information to help customers better understand product features and benefits.
Through these features, you can offer customers a more efficient and convenient shopping experience. They can browse products, view images and descriptions, and make purchases directly on the same screen. This not only simplifies the buying process but also provides more attractive and concrete product presentations, increasing customers' willingness to buy and satisfaction.
Add product
First, go to the βMarketingβ category under βAppsβ and click the βProductsβ feature, which will guide you to the product list.

Click the βAddβ button to add a product. The product must include the following information:
Display or not: If display is turned off it will not appear in the search results of the guided-shopping link feature.
Product image
Product name
Product description
Product URL: the product's purchase page or a link to add directly to your e-commerce shopping cart.
Button name: if the sending channel supports a carousel, this will be used to display the guide button.

How to send guided-shopping links
When a customer requests to purchase a product in a message conversation, the specialist can choose existing products from βSend guided-shopping linkβ and select up to 10 products to send.

The guided-shopping link will be presented to the customer via carousel or text depending on the customer's channel type.
