🎟️Coupons

Overview

"Coupons" are a powerful tool to attract customers and increase sales. This new feature can distribute coupons via bot flows and chat messages, bringing more opportunities and potential customers to your business. At the same time, using reward incentives can effectively reduce customer churn and lower the risk of accounts being blocked.

Coupons can be classified into the following statuses based on the process:

  1. Sent: The system has sent the coupon to the customer via scripts or other methods.

  2. Opened: The customer has opened the coupon URL or link.

  3. Redeemed: The customer has clicked the "Redeem" button on the coupon and successfully claimed the coupon code.

  4. Verified: If the verification button is enabled, it means store staff have verified the coupon on the POS machine; however, the actual verification time on the POS machine should be considered final.

Manage Coupons

You can go to "Apps" and find the "Coupons" feature under the "Marketing" category. In the list interface, you can choose to "Add" or edit an existing coupon campaign.
