😀Customer

Overview

"Customer" represents the core data of a member, such as name, contact information, or membership number, and is the foundation for a company's customer relationship management and data handling. Today customers often interact with brands through multiple channels, possibly having two LINE accounts, a Facebook account, or other social accounts.

If interactions are recorded only according to those accounts, duplicate data or missing records can easily occur, preventing you from seeing the customer's full picture. To avoid this, we designed "Customer" and "Contact" separately:"Customer" represents the same person or membership entity, while "Contact" is their contact method on different platforms.

Through this kind of integration, the system can group multiple accounts as the same customer, allowing you to see the complete interaction history and ensuring data is clean and consistent. When customer data is clearer, you can manage relationships more effectively—whether tracking service records, avoiding duplicate messaging, or tailoring communication strategies for different platforms—enabling more precise and efficient customer management.

View list

In FIRST LINE, accessing and managing customer information becomes intuitive and convenient. You can go directly to the customer management list from the "Customers" item on the homepage or quickly access it using the sidebar menu. Once inside, you will be able to see all customer information recorded within the company, including but not limited to "Name," "Gender," "Birthday," "ID number," and "Customer number," as well as key information such as related modification and creation dates.

To improve efficiency, multiple filtering and sorting options are located at the top of the list. With these features, you can filter the customer list based on specific conditions to quickly locate the particular customers you need to view or manage. This not only greatly enhances the convenience of data queries but also makes customer data management more efficient and precise.

View and edit

After entering the FIRST LINE customer management list, you can easily go to a single customer's information page by clicking the edit button on the far right of each customer row. Here, a complete and diverse customer view awaits your exploration, covering everything from basic information to contact methods and more specialized service records.

The customer page contains several main tabs:

  • Basic: Displays the customer's system basic information.

  • Contact: Lists all of the customer's contact information.

  • Other: Provides customer-related data that you have customized.

  • Work Orders: Shows the work order records related to the customer.

  • Service Records: Organizes the customer's service history and interaction records.

Through these detailed tabs, you can not only comprehensively understand the customer's basic situation but also gain deep insights into their needs and preferences, making it easier to provide personalized services.

Contact

On the "Contact" tab, FIRST LINE provides a comprehensive and flexible platform that allows you to edit and consolidate the customer's primary contact information. This includes the customer's "Phone," "Address," "Email," and "Social Media" information, so all important contact methods can be viewed and managed in one place.

Furthermore, this feature not only gives you the ability to comprehensively consolidate customer information, but also allows you to directly initiate contact via specific contact methods, whether by phone, email, or social media platforms. This real-time and convenient form of communication greatly improves the efficiency and quality of customer interactions, making customer service more effective and personalized.
