# Data Export
The list export feature lets you**bulk export data**.
You can set filtering conditions as needed, and export the detailed data of the filtered results as **a CSV file**. This can improve data management efficiency and also facilitate subsequent analysis and application, better supporting business needs.
## **Add export job**
After entering the export page, you will see a "+ Add" button at the upper right of the list. You can click this button to perform a new data export operation. At the same time, in the list below, you will see each requested export record. This design allows you to clearly track and manage all export operations, making it easy to check progress and review related records at any time.
## Set export**conditions**
1. You can**use filtering functions to customize exported data. Each type of data export has its corresponding filtering conditions**, for example, customers can be filtered by tags, gender, ticket category, and more. If no data filtering is performed, the system will export all data by default. This design allows you to flexibly choose the data to export according to specific needs, making the export function more personalized and convenient.
2. **The list below will display all the data you have exported, including the number of records in this export**. If you need to add a note, you can use the "Note" field in the additional settings below to enter the relevant information. Once everything is ready, please click the "Export Data" button below, and the system will begin exporting the data. This design makes it easy for you to track each export and add relevant note information as needed.
3. The system will notify you that "Customer data is being prepared," indicating that your export request is being processed. Please note that the more records you specify for export, the longer it will take accordingly. This is because the system needs to process a larger amount of data, so it may take some time to complete the preparation. Please wait patiently. Once the data is ready, you will receive a corresponding notification.
## Done!
When the data preparation is complete, a new message will appear in your notification bar above. You can click the notification to download the exported file. These exported files will be kept for 3 days, allowing you to download them during this period. This design is intended to ensure that you can conveniently and quickly obtain the export data you need, while also ensuring data security and timeliness.
