Overview

The list export feature allows you to easily export data in bulk. You can filter the data as needed and export the filtered details to a CSV file. This feature not only improves data management efficiency but also facilitates subsequent analysis and use, helping you handle business needs more effectively.

Create export job

After entering the export page, you will see a "+ Create" button at the top right of the list. You can click this button to perform a new data export operation. At the same time, you will see each requested export record in the list below. This design allows you to clearly track and manage all export operations, making it easy to check progress and view related records at any time.

Configure exportConditions

1. You canuse the filtering feature to customize the exported data. Each type of data export has its corresponding filter conditions, for example customers can be filtered by tags, gender, ticket classification, etc. If no data filtering is performed, the system will default to exporting all data. This design allows you to flexibly choose the data to export according to specific needs, making the export function more personalized and convenient.

2. The list below will display all your exported data items, including the number of items exported this time. If you need to add a note, you can use the "Note" field in the additional settings below to enter relevant information. Once everything is ready, please click the "Export Data" button below and the system will begin exporting the data. This design allows you to conveniently track each export and add related notes as needed.

3. The system will notify you that "Customer data is being prepared," indicating that your export request is being processed. Please note that the more records you specify for export, the longer it will take. This is because the system needs to process a larger volume of data, so it may take some time to complete the preparation. Please wait patiently; once the data is ready, you will receive a corresponding notification.

All done!

When the data preparation is complete, a new message will appear in your notification bar above; you can click the notification to download the export file. These export files will be retained for 3 days, allowing you to download them within that period. This design is intended to ensure you can quickly and conveniently obtain the exported data you need while also protecting the security and timeliness of the data.
