Import custom forms
The custom form import feature allows you to bulk import "customer table data with custom fields" into the system at once. For example, data you originally had in Excel or exported from other systems can be quickly transferred to FIRST LINE through this feature.
Import template management
For list import functionality you can click System Management β Custom Form Importto enter the management page.

As shown above, the page contains "Import Templates", "Import Records" and a "New Import" button.
Import Templates: Before you perform an import, you need to add a corresponding template for the import file to set the file's corresponding field contents. After the first setup, subsequent imports will be much more convenient and will maintain high scalability and collaborative operation.
Import Records: For each import, we will record it for you β when it started, when it ended, how many were successfully imported, and even the original file β making it easy for you to manage the origin and history of the list.
New Import Button: Clicking it will go to the settings screen; details are explained below.
Add New Import Template
Basic Information

Template Name: Required field used to identify the import template being used. You can name it based on the list source or the fields included, such as XX Bank List or Online Shopping Member List, to help operators identify it.
Description: Additional template notes; this field will also be shown in the template list to help with identification.
Matching Conditions
You can add conditions for determining whether a customer is duplicate in "Matching Conditions". When the system finds the same customer based on the conditions, it will perform an update.

When, under the specified conditions, multiple customers meet the same conditionswillnot perform any updates.
Template Editing
You can add corresponding fields to your template on the left by "clicking" or "dragging" the default fields on the right from the template editor.

Start Import
Please first confirm whether the data fields you want to import match the import template you have set.

After the import template is configured, find the template you want to apply this time and click "Start Import" on the right.

After clicking "Proceed with Import", a progress bar will appear at the top of the page showing import status. At this time you can also switch to the "Import Records" tab to view each record's upload success or failure and information such as the number of imported records.
Also, later if needed, you can click "Download Import File" at the back of that record to obtain the original data from that import for management and preservation.
