Channel integration

"Channel integration" aggregates similar channels across different platforms into one place. You can adjust according to your company's or organization's structure. Your classification basis might be "branch line", "store", "brand", "media source", etc., such as "Taipei branch", "Kaohsiung branch"; "Basketball series", "Golf series", etc., and start planning based on the channel accounts you have.

You can enter the management list by clicking the "Channel Integration" button under the "Channels" item in the LEFT FIRST LINE menu on the left.

At the top right of the list, besides "Add" which can create a new item, each existing record has an "Edit" button; when you click it you will be directed to the edit page for that record.

Add or edit channel

Enter the main editing interface, which displays the fields that make up the basic information. The list of fields is as follows:

If you have set an owner, you can bind that owner to this channel integration here.

Channel integration name

Please give this channel a name.

Channel integration alias

You can add aliases to record and manage channels; these aliases are visible only to administrators.

Description

Used for notes or supplementary explanations.

Opening greeting

When using the channel services within this integration, the opening greeting you set will be displayed in the service space. For how to set it, please refer to "Opening greeting"

Marketing script

When using the channel services within this integration, the marketing script you set will be displayed in the service space. For how to set it, please refer to "Marketing script"

Service reason

Here choose the items you previously set in the service reasons; only when a specialist uses this "Channel Integration" service will they see the items selected here in the "Workspace"selectedservice reasons.

Bound channels

This will display all channels you have bound to this integration
