Email templates
You can access the template management list by selecting the "Channels" item in the left FIRST LINE menu and clicking the "Email Templates" button.
Add Template
Located on the right side of the list, "Add Template" not only allows you to create a new template, each existing rule also has an "Edit" button; when you click it you will be directed to the edit page, where you can set custom rules and actions on that page.

Edit Template Information
Enter the main editing interface, which displays the fields that make up the basic information. The field list is as follows:
Basic settings
Required
Template Name
Please give this template a name.
Template Description
Add a supplementary description to make it easier for staff to identify the template's purpose.
Template content
Email subject
Please fill in the email template subject.
Email content
Please write the template default content.
After saving the data, when sending by email in the future, just click the "Email Templates" at the bottom right

A list of templates you set up in advance will pop up below; just click once to immediately apply it to your current email content.
