Message templates

Add Template
In FIRST LINE, managing your message templates is intuitive and simple. First, select the “System” item from the left menu, then click the “Message Templates” button under “Accessibility,” which will take you to the template management list. Here, you can not only view all existing templates but also create a new template by clicking the “Add Template” button on the right side of the list.
For existing templates that need modification, each entry is equipped with an “Edit” button. Click it and you will be guided to the edit page, where you can configure custom rules and actions as needed to make your communication more efficient and personalized.

Edit Template
Enter the main editing interface, which displays the fields that make up the basic information. The field list is as follows:

Template Name
Please give this template a name.
Description
Add a supplementary description to make it easier for staff to identify the template's purpose.
Template Content
Shortcut
Add a shortcut for this template. (When you type a message, templates that match the beginning of the shortcut will be displayed.)
Message
Please write the default template message. You can use Hash value .

Once you have completed and saved the message template settings, replying to customers will become faster and more convenient. In future communications, simply click the “Message Menu” at the lower right of the conversation window, and the system will display the list of templates you have preset. Choose a template from this list with one click, and the selected template content will be immediately applied to your current text input box.

Shortcut Settings and Usage
You can improve communication efficiency with customers by presetting shortcut text. First, set the shortcut text you want to use. After completing this setting, when you type the corresponding shortcut text in the chat box, the system will display the related template content above the input box. Simply click that template to immediately apply its content to your current text.
