🕐Business hours

You can access business hours management by selecting the 'Apps' item in the FIRST LINE menu on the left, going to the 'Chatbots' tab, and clicking the 'Business Hours' button.

Enter the business hours management list. According to the tabs you can add “Business Periods” and “Special Periods”. Configured periods will be displayed in a chart and distinguished by different colors.

Business Period Settings

Add a new period or edit an existing period at the bottom of the list. Be sure to press the “Save” button on the right for the changes to be saved.

Time Rules

The start period defaults to begin at :00 seconds of that time, and the end period defaults to end at :59 seconds.

Business Period

After selecting the “Start Period” and “End Period,” click “Add” to complete adding the period. (Displayed in green on the chart)

Break Period

A break period means a rest time during a business day (e.g., meal time, employee break...). After selecting the “Start Period” and “End Period,” toggle the option “As Break Period” to ON (blue), then click “Add” to complete adding the break period. (Displayed in yellow on the chart)

Non-Business Period

Non-business time means periods that are “non-working days” (e.g., weekends, fixed holidays). Any time not selected as a “Business Period” or “Break Period” is defaulted to a “Non-Business Period.” (Displayed in gray on the chart)

Special Period Settings

If your company has certain periods (such as holidays or make-up workdays) where business hours differ from usual, you can predefine special business periods.

After entering the special periods list to view, you can immediately see fields such as “Special Day Name” and “Assigned Period” according to the columns. Different statuses are shown in different colors for easy viewing.

Add or Modify Special Periods

Enter the main edit interface, which will display the three fields that make up a special period. The field list is as follows:

Date Settings

Required

Specify Gregorian Year

If no specific year is entered, this condition will be applied automatically every year.

Specify Month

Enter the specified month for the period. This is a required field.

Specify Day

Enter the specified date for the period. This is a required field.

Period Settings

The meanings and time rules represented by each period can refer to item 1 “Business Period Settings.”

In the period setting fields you can choose “Business Period,” “Non-Business Period,” or “Break Period” to freely add, remove, or modify. After entering, click the “Add” or “Update” button on the right to save.

Whenever there are changes or modifications to business periods or times, "must" press the "Update" button on the right for the changes to be saved.
