# AI Training Resources

## Overview

The AI Training Resources feature lets you not only use the knowledge base but also manage or add content imported or synchronized from external resources for AI model training. You can now upload up to 10 files in formats such as PDF and TXT (up to 15,000 characters) to further improve the AI's Q\&A capabilities, making it more accurately aligned with your needs and business content and providing more targeted solutions.

#### **Perform data cleaning to improve AI accuracy**

Although we support multiple resource upload methods, it is strongly recommended to perform **Data Cleaning**(Data Cleaning). If the original data contains a large amount of errors or unnecessary information, this may negatively affect the AI's training results and reduce the accuracy of responses. Clean, accurate data is key to improving AI performance.

To start using the \[AI Training Resources] feature, follow these steps:

1. Click "**Apps**".
2. Find and select "**AI Training Resources**" to enter the management list for viewing.
3. Click "**Create**" button to add training resources, easily manage and expand AI data sources.

This allows you to perform custom AI model training so the AI better fits your business needs.

## **Supported upload formats**

The currently supported resource upload formats are as follows:

1. **PDF** : PDF files under 20MB that are not encrypted or password-protected.
2. **TXT** : TXT files under 5KB.
3. **Website** : Coming soon.

These resources will help you train the AI, enhancing its answer accuracy and efficiency.
