πΆOffline network reminders
Overview
When you use the system, the system establishes one or more persistent connections based on the features you use to ensure you receive the information you need in real time, including important messages such as incoming call notifications and customer reply messages. However, if you encounter network abnormalities or disconnections while using these connections, the interface may display incompletely or experience delays.
To address this issue, we provide a real-time alert feature that utilizes the browser's built-in disconnection detection. This feature is similar to other online services, such as Facebook and Google, and can send notifications to users at the first moment so you can always be aware of your network connection status. This way, you can instantly grasp the state of the network connection and ensure you don't miss any important information.

Offline notification
There are two types of offline alerts:
Indicates that you are currently offline, possibly due to a disconnection with the server; the content will mark which service connections were interrupted.
Indicates that you experienced a network interruption previously but have now reconnected.
Such alerts allow you to clearly understand your connection status, whether it's a server connection issue or a network interruption. We aim to convey this information in a simple and easy-to-understand way so that every user can quickly comprehend it and continue using our services.

Idle notification
Because modern mainstream browsers automatically freeze pages when users are inactive for a long time to save memory and other computer resources, and because of device sleep and other factors, this may cause your webpage to disconnect. To make it convenient for you to check the reason for the disconnection, we offer a reminder feature for the time the system has not been used.
How to ensure network stability?
Ensure the internet connection is stable; whenever possible use a wired connection rather than Wi-Fi or other wireless networks.
Ensure the device has not enabled sleep modes, such as network card or operating system settings.
Verify that your company or organization has not enabledpassword-protected screen saversand related security settings.
Try accessing FIRST LINE in private/incognito mode to prevent browser extensions from causing issues.
Refer to official browser or related online documentation to disable freeze/sleep modes, such as Learn about Microsoft Edge ,Chrome memory saver modeand similar articles.
