Clear browser cache

Confirm your system permissions

If your role is not a system administrator, it may mean you do not have the corresponding feature permissions and therefore cannot access the page you need.

Please contact someone with system administrator permissions and ask them to grant you the permission; go to the "Permissions" page and set your permissions to normal.

Clear browser cache

This may be due to a product update while your browser still holds an old cached version.

Sign in to the system again

You can do the following: in most cases, refreshing the page or signing in again will fetch the latest product data. If you have done this and the issue persists, continue with the steps below.

Click the browser you prefer below to learn how to clear the browser cache. After clearing the browser cache, you will need to sign in again when you next use FIRST LINE.

Chrome example

Open the Chrome Developer Tools interface on the FIRST LINE page. (Shortcut:F12,Ctrl+Shift+I, Mac users press Command+Shift+I )

  1. Right-click the Reload button in the top-left; three different reload options will appear in the Developer Tools interface.

  2. Select the third option, "Empty Cache and Hard Reload."

  3. After loading completes, the system should operate normally; if not, refer to the "Manually clear browser cache data" method.

Manually clear browser cache data

Make sure your browser is up to date and follow the steps below

  1. By opening the URL chrome://settings/ or selecting Options from the drop-down menu in the top-right to enter "Settings."

  2. Scroll down and click "Clear browsing data."

  3. Go to the "Advanced" tab and select "All time" to perform the action.

  4. After completion, restart your browser and sign in to FIRST LINE again.
