Operation does not comply with the rules

Some information is required when performing operations. If you omit these fields or the format does not meet the requirements, the operation will fail. In addition, some situations may be caused by timing differences, for example if the customer has just left the conversation or finished the chat when you reply, this can also cause the operation to fail. Please confirm that the information you provide is complete and meets the requirements to ensure the operation succeeds.

Requests are too frequent

To ensure fair use of system resources and prevent malicious attacks, we limit the number of requests each user can make to the system within one minute to a maximum of 300. Please note that one action may include multiple requests; for example, opening a single service record may involve 3–4 requests. When you reach the request limit, the system will reset the count in the next minute.

Additionally, in some cases, if your actions are duplicated simultaneously with other agents or the system — for example, multiple agents trying to handle the same customer — or if while you are handling a customer that customer is assigned to the next agent, the system will also trigger safeguards to avoid data confusion or issues.

Authorized logins exceed the limit

If you see messages like “Your license are only allow [x] concurrent.” or “Too many users online,” it means the number of concurrently online users has exceeded what your purchased plan allows, preventing you from logging in temporarily. Please try again later or consider upgrading your plan to accommodate more concurrent users. To view employees' login statuses, you can use the “Login Records” feature or check the currently logged-in agents via the “Employees” option on the dashboard. It is important to note that if an agent has not formally “logged out” or remains on a page for a long time, the system will still count them as occupying one authorized slot.

In addition, the “Subscription Plan” feature allows you to see the number of purchased licenses, helping you understand the maximum number of agents who can log in simultaneously.

Session expired

After logging in, a session token with an expiration of about 500 minutes is automatically generated. This measure is intended to improve operational convenience and avoid repeatedly entering your username and password for authentication. However, if you do not perform any actions within the validity period, or if a long time has passed since your last login activity, the session credentials will become invalid and you will be automatically logged out to ensure security. You may receive prompts such as “Too long since last login, please log in again.” This helps protect your account and data.
