🧠Generative AI features and descriptions
1. Overview of FIRST LINE's generative AI features
FIRST LINE offers multiple features driven by generative artificial intelligence (AI) designed to help users improve information organization, conversation comprehension, and workflow support efficiency. These features may integrate large language models (LLMs) provided by third-party vendors and operate within the FIRST LINE platform architecture.
2. Description of the role of generative AI features
The generative AI features provided by FIRST LINE are intended toassist users in processing information, organizing content, and supporting workflows, and are not tools for final judgment, professional advice, or automated decision-making.
When users apply AI-generated content in practice, they should evaluate its accuracy, completeness, suitability, and potential risks on their own and bear the corresponding judgment responsibility.
3. Data protection and usage principles
FIRST LINE is committed to maintaining data security and privacy protection while providing generative AI features. All uses of AI features are governed by existing customer contracts, privacy policies, and relevant data protection terms.
If AI features involve third-party models or service providers, FIRST LINE will, according to the actual circumstances, take appropriate contractual arrangements, technical controls, and access restrictions to reduce the risks of data use and retention.
“Service Data” as referred to herein means the content that users input, upload, generate, or process during the use of FIRST LINE services, as well as related technical data necessary to provide the service.
4. Zero Data Retention
FIRST LINE adoptsminimizing data access and reducing data retention risksas a design principle, and depending on the integration method, integrates large language models (LLMs) into the “service” as follows:
1️⃣ Infrastructure controlled by FIRST LINE
Some LLMs are deployed on cloud infrastructure controlled by FIRST LINE (for example, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). Under this architecture, FIRST LINE, through system design and access control, in principle prevents model providers from directly accessing or retaining users' service data.
If third-party processing is involved due to specific features, regulatory compliance, or service requirements, FIRST LINE will handle it in accordance with applicable contracts, data processing agreements, and privacy protections, and will adopt corresponding risk control measures.
2️⃣ Direct use of LLMs via API
In some usage scenarios, FIRST LINE may call third-party LLMs (for example, OpenAI) via API to provide generative AI features. In such scenarios, FIRST LINE may, depending on the vendor’s capabilities, technical configuration, and contractual terms, adopt a "Zero Data Retention" processing mechanism, whose design principles include:
Request and response payloads are, in principle, not written to any persistent storage systems
Data exists only in memory to fulfill real-time processing needs
After the response is completed, the related content will not be used for model training
Only necessary records related to security, auditing, and service stability are retained, and they do not include original content or have undergone minimization
The above data processing approaches may vary depending on product version, deployment region, feature configuration, third-party vendor capabilities, or customer contract terms; the actual applicable scope shall be subject to the contract, privacy policy, and related attachments (such as data processing agreements) between FIRST LINE and the customer.
5. Disclaimer
The following disclaimers apply to all generative AI-related features and services provided by FIRST LINE:
