Follow ticket

When a company has too many tickets, it is easy to miss responsibilities and notes. The "Follow" feature lets you instantly track ticket changes and updates, saving many rounds of manual checking.

The "Follow" function is located in the item list above the content of a single ticket.

By default, the ticket follow status is "Not following." When you choose to follow this ticket, any changes related to this ticket, such as title, status, or content updates, will generate a notification in your notification center informing you of the change.

When you move the mouse over it, you can review the current followers. If you are also a follower, the button will be displayed in green to quickly confirm the follow status.

When you click this button, you will immediately follow the ticket; conversely, if you are already a follower, clicking it will unfollow the ticket.
