# Global search

You can also use the Shift+G keyboard shortcut to open the global search window.

You can find the “**Search**” icon button in the upper-left feature list to enter global search.

After opening it, enter the keywords you want to search in the dialog box. You can search important areas such as "Customer", "Knowledge Base", and "Tickets". Clicking one will take you directly to that page for viewing and editing, improving work efficiency.

The keyword areas you can search include the following items

### Search keywords

| Customer       | Name, ID number, customer number, phone number, email address. |
| Knowledge Base | Title, content, tags.                                          |
| Ticket         | Title, content, number.                                        |
