🔍Global search

You can also press the shift+G shortcut on the keyboard to call the global search window.

You can find the "Search" icon button in the function list at the top left to enter global search.

After opening, enter the keywords you want to search in the dialog box. You can search important areas including "customers", "knowledge base", "tickets", etc., and click to directly go to that page to view and edit, speeding up work efficiency.

The areas where your searched keywords are found include the following items

Search keywords

Customer	Name, ID number, customer number, phone number, email address.
Knowledge base	Title, content, tags.
Ticket	Title, content, number.
