Use a public knowledge base to quickly help agents or customers solve problems.

If you have admin privileges, the URL for external links can be viewed or changed in the Help Desk under β€œAdmin” > β€œCompany Settings,” where settings like color and homepage photo can be adjusted.

Or you can find the external URL for an article in places such as published knowledge bases or service knowledge bases, and you can also send it to customers to browse the knowledge base content.

If that knowledge base article is not public, the external link will not be enabled and customers will not be able to view or search it on the web.

When a customer hits a keyword, a link containing the URL will be sent and attached within the conversation so the customer can view the illustrated article.
