Overview
When customers trigger specific events through different social media channels, such as sending messages via LINE Official Account or Facebook Messenger, the system will obtain the related friend information and create the corresponding social media within the system.
By analyzing the number of corresponding friends for each channel, you can understand and infer which channels most social media friends come from. When doing segmented marketing messages, you can increase the send volume or marketing content for that channel to generate more benefits.
Trigger condition
Live Chat
When a new customer loads the live chat web widget.
LINE
When a new customer either adds the official account as a friend or sends a message.
Other channels
When a new customer sends a message.
Example
Taking the attached LINE Official Account channel as an example, it indicates that on 2022-12-29 there were 137 customers who added or sent messages to the LINE Official Account; and because there was a promotion from the 27th to the 30th, the chart shows that the friend count during this period is significantly higher than on other dates.
You can use the chart's trends as a basis to review brand management strategies or the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust your original strategies.
