📒Event logs

Overview

"Event Record" actions can be freely added within a specific flow to record the number of times a single operation or process occurs, and view statistical data on the dashboard to help improve processes and the quality of services provided.

Of course, you can also understand the effectiveness and progress of events and business operations through the counts.

  1. When you delete a script from the system, all event records triggered by that script will also be removed. For example, suppose there are two scripts, Script A and Script B, using the same event record. Script A triggered the event 10 times, and Script B triggered it 5 times, totaling 15 triggers. If you delete Script A, the 10 related event records will also be removed, and the total trigger count will drop to 5, corresponding only to Script B's triggers.

  2. In addition, during the script editing process, the published flow and its draft are treated as different scripts. When the draft is published, the original draft script will be deleted, including the event records it triggered, which may affect the total event record count. For example, if a published script and its draft share the same event record, the published script has 10 records and the draft triggered 5 times via a simulated bot. When the draft is published, because the draft is deleted, its 5 event records will also be removed, making the total trigger count 10.

Add action node

In the flow where recording is needed or after a node, click Add "Action" and select "Event Record".

In the event record field, enter or search for the existing event name.

Finally, save — this means that when a customer passes through this script node, the triggered event data will be automatically recorded. As shown in the example flow below, when a customer goes through the "Application Data Evaluation" flow, because it is connected to an "Event Record" node, the event name encountered will be proactively recorded.

Dashboard

Script event records can query conversion counts for a single event over the past seven days, and you can also set a specific start time to understand the overall view of the event.

With future version updates, we will also introduce more settings and features for "Event Record."
