🗂️Carousel messages
Overview
A carousel message is a carousel card with horizontal scrolling functionality. It consists of the following elements: image, title, description, and action.
Each carousel card contains an image, which can be a photo or a visual element used to attract the user's attention. The title is a concise and powerful text used to describe the main content or theme of the carousel card. The description is a further explanation or supplement to the title, usually containing more specific details or key information. The action section can be a button or link that allows the user to perform the corresponding action, such as clicking to learn more or to carry out a task.
The feature of a carousel message is that it can scroll along a horizontal axis; users can view different carousel cards by swiping left or right. This method effectively presents multiple pieces of content while keeping the interface tidy and easy to operate.
Using carousel messages can provide more space to display information and increase user interaction with the content. They can be applied in various scenarios, such as product introductions, promotional activities, news information, etc., to offer users a richer and more engaging experience.

Recommendations
Each channel may have different limitations and display methods for carousel messages. When you use multiple channels simultaneously, to achieve the best display effect, it is recommended to refer to the following suggestions or consult the information provided in each channel's official documentation:
Title:
It is recommended to keep the title length to around 40 characters or less. Some channels will automatically truncate the excess based on their display area size and indicate it with an ellipsis (...).
The title is key to attracting the audience's attention, so make sure the title has engaging content and a distinct expression to spark audience interest and encourage further interaction.
Description
The length limit is 100; it is recommended to keep the length to around 80 characters or less (not including newline or other calculation methods). Some channels will automatically truncate the excess based on their display area size and indicate it with an ellipsis (...). For example, the Facebook channel supports about 70 characters.
Keep the description concise and appealing so it can convey the core information within limited space. Use keywords and engaging wording appropriately to attract the audience's interest and encourage further interaction.
Image
Recommended formats are jpg and png, and use a rectangular style. For example, the Facebook channel uses a 1.91:1 aspect ratio; the LINE OA channel uses a 20:13 aspect ratio or 16:9 aspect ratio. Place important elements in the center of the image to ensure the core content of the message is clearly displayed, supporting multiple channels at the same time.
