# Twilio

## Connect your Twilio account

### Log in to Twilio

Go to [**Twilio**](https://www.twilio.com/login) Log in, and on the Dashboard page find "**ACCOUNT SID**" and "**AUTH TOKEN**" codes and copy them.

### Paste the related information (**ACCOUNT SID** & **AUTH TOKEN)**

Return to the system and click the "Add" button.

Paste the "**ACCOUNT SID**" and "**AUTH TOKEN**" string code copied from Twilio into the corresponding field, and after confirming it is correct, click the button at the bottom right to proceed to the next step.

If the information from the previous step is filled out correctly, the phone numbers you own in Twilio will be displayed on this page; after confirming they are correct, click the bottom right "Connect" button to complete the binding.

### Link Webhook

**If you need to "receive customers' reply SMS", be sure to link a Webhook**; if not needed, you can skip it; the system will not receive any customer reply SMS.

In the SMS integration list, click the**"Edit"**button next to the number that needs a Webhook bound.

After entering the edit page, copy the "**Webhook URL**" at the bottom of the system page.

Return to the Twilio page, and on **Phone Numbers > Manage Numbers** page, click your phone number.

At the bottom of that page under "Messaging",**"A MESSAGE COMES IN"**field, choose Webhook and paste the URL you copied from the system, then click **"Save"** to complete the binding.
