Transfer function
When you are on a phone call, a transfer button will appear on the screen. You can click this button and then select the transfer function. This feature also includes three other modes: "Transfer", "Three-way Conference" and "Coach" mode. After clicking the button, you can switch to the desired mode to perform the corresponding operation.

Call the transfer recipient
Please first speak with the transfer recipient and follow the steps below:
Enter the extension number of the transfer recipient in the input box.
Press the "Dial" icon to make the call.
The transfer recipient will receive your incoming call notification.
When the transfer recipient answers, your screen will display options for the next transfer actions.

Execute transfer items
While you are speaking with the transfer recipient or the customer, you can perform the following four subsequent actions as needed:
Transfer: Transfer the call to another party; you will end your participation and transfer it to the other party to handle.
Three-way Conference: You can invite a third party (which can be another agent or a customer) to join the call, enabling a three-way conversation.
Coach mode: You can talk privately with the transfer recipient without the customer hearing your content. This mode can be used to provide guidance, advice, or training while maintaining the normal call between the customer and the transfer recipient.
Cancel: If you decide to cancel the transfer process, you can choose Cancel to keep the call connected with the transfer recipient or the customer.
