Install in Shopify

Add a chat plugin in FIRST LINE

Through the left menu, add a plugin in Channels ⇒ Live Chat and then set the related information in order, such as banner title, brief introduction, etc.

Note here that for the Allowed Domains setting, please enter the current domain from Shopify, such as xxxx.myshopify.com.

After configuring and adding, copy the code on the Embed Code page — you will paste it into Shopify later to embed the live chat.

Paste the code into Shopify

Log in to the Shopify admin

Go to http://www.shopify.com/login/ page, and sign in to your store admin.

Go to theme settings

Click Online Store ⇒ Themes on the left, then click the Customize button to go to the store theme interface.

Edit theme code

Next, after entering the admin interface, click the Edit Code option.

Paste the live chat code

After opening the theme code editor, select the theme.liquid file under Layout and add the code you copied earlier just before the </body> tag.

Save — done!

You can now click the preview window to open your store and start communicating with customers using live chat!
