Email delimited text
Overview
When you send or reply to an email through the system, a service code will be automatically appended to the end of the message. This text is called the email separator text and is used to ensure that when customers reply, the response is associated with the original service subject, preventing the creation of a new separate service and helping to keep the overall service process running smoothly.

In most cases, the text will be hidden by default to prevent customers from deleting or modifying it, but it may still be displayed depending on the email application. The default visible text styles are as follows:
