# Email attachments

## About email attachments <a href="#ariaid-title2" id="ariaid-title2"></a>

When representatives reply to or contact customers via email, they can upload files and deliver them to customers in different forms.\
The system currently offers two methods of delivery; representatives can choose one according to different situations, and the system defaults to link-based delivery so customers can click to download files if needed.
