Customer assignment
Overview
We understand that for some business users focused on the sales process, it is crucial to effectively manage and assign customers to responsible agents based on different contexts and list sources. Therefore, we have specially developed the "Customer Assignment" feature to help you achieve more precise customer allocation.
Through this feature, you can easily assign customers to the corresponding agents based on configured conditions and the list's responsible agents. This will greatly improve your sales efficiency and ensure each agent receives customers that match their expertise and responsibilities.
Setup
Title and Notes
Enter a short and easily recognizable title for identification and distinguishing purposes.
List Conditions
You can set corresponding conditions for the source of customers to be assigned, including filters such as customer tags, address, and so on.
List Source
Based on the list conditions you set, assignments are made according to the designated responsible agents and the number of items to draw.
Assignments will follow the list conditions you set, combined with the specified responsible agents and counts, and will be distributed in a manner similar to dealing playing cards. For example, if you draw 10 entries and assign them to agents A and B, agent A will be assigned entries 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, while agent B will receive entries 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. This sequential distribution method ensures fairness and balance, so each agent receives customers one by one according to the specified counts.
When the responsible agent is set to empty, it means drawing current customer records that meet the conditions and do not have a responsible agent.
When you need to draw a list that includes all customer records, simply enter a large assignment number like 999999 to indicate inclusion.

Assign Agents
Automatically assign customer records to the corresponding agents based on the list conditions and specified agents you set.
If you need to assign a list that includes all customer records, simply enter a large assignment number, for example 999999, and the system will process those records together.
